Step 1:
Review our property list.
Step 2:
Use
our interactive map to identify the location of the property. Also
this section will provide you with several options to get detailed
information about the location and services available. Drive by the
property and see if that's the home for you.
Once
you have driven by the property and have decided that you like it, call
Candice or Sabrina to set up an appointment to view the inside of the home.
Step 3:
Once you find the property you want, click and print your rental application.
Gather all original documents you will need for your appointment.
Please make sure to provide all the information needed to process your application quickly and smoothly.
Make sure to give us the correct contact name, phone numbers and addresses for past landlords, employment etc.
When submitting an application, please bring the following items for each person 18 years of age and older:
1. Completed, signed and dated application
2. Original California I.D. or Drivers License
3. Original Social Security Card
4. Original Proof of Income
(such as check stubs, Social Security benefits, AFDC Benefits, etc.)
5. Application fee of $28.00 (Money order or cashier's check only. No cash accepted.)
Step 4:
Call and make an appointment with Candice or Sabrina to submit your application in our office.
We are pretty flexible and try our best to meet with you at your convenience.

Although our application process is very thorough, it is designed to be very simple and easy to complete.
Most
importantly, we ask that you be very honest with us about your rental
and credit history as this will save us both time and you needless
expense and worry.
We
understand that presently many honest hardworking people are
experiencing very difficult financial situations. Actually, many of
our applicants have lost their homes in foreclosure and have had past
credit problems.
If your credit is excellent, that's great. However,
we do not expect everyone to be in that position. That is why we
analyze each application very carefully and on an individual case-by-case basis.
Do not be discouraged. Just let us know the whole story as soon as possible so we can better assist you.
Remember, our goal is to help you find a new home that will not become a financial burden.
Step 5:
Once approved, we will schedule a joint walk through inspection, complete your rental agreement and give you keys to the house. Congratulations!
